Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is an intensive five-day treatment program serving children and adolescents ages 5 through 17 who are experiencing emotional or behavioral problems. Patients follow a personalized treatment plan for therapy and medication management.

Program Overview

This level of treatment provides similar therapy services and educational components as a traditional inpatient program, without requiring a patient to stay in the hospital overnight. Additionally, this program supports patients transitioning from inpatient care or for those who require more intensive services than those provided by traditional outpatient therapy.

Our multidisciplinary team members include registered psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, registered nurse, social workers, milieu counselors and a specialized teacher. Services are individually tailored to provide a coordinated, intensive and comprehensive plan for the patient.
