Garden Therapy: Mental Health Benefits

Our patients really enjoy garden therapy and they have done an excellent job planting and maintaining the garden at Hartgrove this year! Lots of beautiful flowers and even some peppers are starting to make an appearance.
Horticultural Therapy has many benefits and can contribute to improved social interactions and reduce stress associated with depression among many other benefits.
